Access to Data by Local Support Staff (Community Mentors) Individuals providing local guidance in Germany (“Community Mentors”) act as peer-to-peer supporters for SM Group India. They may be granted limited access to data for the sole purpose of providing advisory support. These individuals are bound by strict confidentiality and do not store any personal data on local devices in Germany. They are not authorized legal representatives or managing directors of the company and do not engage in independent commercial activities on behalf of the platform in Germany.
